The ultimate luxury, we offer a four course, candlelight meal served in your room by our chef. Surprise your partner with an elegant meal, served in a romantic setting. You will both talk about this special treat for years. Here is our current menu. Priced around $70 per person, plus tax, depending on entrée chosen. New Mexico Crab Cakes
A delicate blend of crab, sweet roasted peppers and spices. Drizzled with a chili aioli.
Asapargus Flan
Light cream asparagus soup surrounds a rich flan.
Shrimp Cocktail
Succulent shrimp dipped in cocktail sauce.
Entrée Choice
All entrees are served with bread and butter, vegetable of the day and accompaniment of the Chef.
Chicken Roulade
A roulade of chicken breast stuffed with a light chutney then drizzled with a reduction demi-glaze.
Chateaubriand for Two
Cooked to order and carved tableside. Served with béarnaise.
Stuffed Pork Chop
Loin chop stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Served with au pouvre sauce.
Dessert is a romantic surprise...
